Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from Dr. Saurabh Gurjar Wellness Center, Nangloi Extension, Delhi, India.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹999. Below that amount, and on all Cash on Delivery orders, a standard shipping charge applies and is shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking
Tracking details are sent by SMS, WhatsApp or email once the courier has collected the parcel.
Failed delivery
If the address is wrong or incomplete, or the customer is unavailable, delivery may be delayed or the parcel returned. Customers should respond to courier calls and messages. Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery parcels may lead to the COD facility being restricted on future orders.
